Today, 9 November, the entire civilized world celebrates the International day against fascism, racism and anti-Semitism. On this day, 77 years ago, in Nazi Germany had committed the crime, it went down in history as the “Crystal Night”. This event marked the beginning of the genocide of the Jewish people, and the actual declaration of war against the whole of humanity.

The Soviet people, thanks to the unprecedented heroism and enormous sacrifices in the war won the great victory, to prevent the destruction and enslavement of millions of people throughout the land. Nowadays, however, fascism has again raised its head. In Europe, more often heard frank threats against dissidents in the Baltic countries have become the norm torchlight processions and persecution of carriers of Russian culture and the Ukraine authorities seized outright by the Nazis unleashed a war against the Donbass, which killed thousands of our fellow citizens. On this day, I call upon all the inhabitants of our Republic to do everything to stop the spread of the brown plague. We are alien to the idea of racial or national exclusiveness, division of citizens on people first and second grade, persecution on ethnic or religious grounds.

Our ideals – is respect for the rights and freedoms of every citizen, lasting peace and friendship between peoples. These principles are the basis of our independent state, whose name – Donetsk People’s Republic.

And we call on all governments of the world to unite against the revival of fascism in the world. On this basis, in addition to the fight against terrorism can be created an international coalition, whose mission – to ensure a peaceful and bright future for our children and grandchildren.
